Limited space for a full size bed a twin size bed and two desk for there children.  Custom built for the client using the space available

Open existing attic space for third floor library with catwalk.  Add skylight and domer window to bring in more light.  They had an attic bed they wanted to keep but it took up alot of room so we converted it into a murphy bed
